Image CSS mouse over text display: block works in Firefox, Safari and Opera browsers perfectly! Although Safari requires a <br> after the last image < span > tag in the column though. Internet Explorer does not work as it displays it all over the screen so I had to use an IE browser hack. Put display: none which won't show the CSS hidden text in IE and use html>body before the 2nd CSS rule of display: block which IE ignores the rest of the CSS.
